This is too frustrating and I need to stat recording music. With PCI, there is no latency, period. I gave up on making the work in Windows 7 64bit and bought a different interface. I wonder if we should now start a specific thread for any successful Win 7 64 bit users so we can try to identify a driver that works. Did you ever fix this?
